Sydney-based Jonathan Zawada converts his multidisciplinary skills into unusual pieces of art. His first solo exhibition came in 2005, and he has also designed commercial artworks for Ksubi (an Australian brand), Modular Records, The Presets, and Tina Kalivas. This wallet depicts the graphic interpretation of balance, forward-looking hope, desire for change and peaceful contentment. The hope side is blind, as there is no way of knowing what change will bring. The peaceful contentment side, on the other hand, is depicted with eyes wide open, suggesting greater embedding in today’s reality.
