Help with placing an order

Placing an order with is quick and straightforward. Our ordering process comprises a maximum of six clear steps where you can submit all your preferences. Your order will only be final after confirmation. Prior to confirming, you can still change everything as per your preferences.

1. Select the product you want

  • Clicking the "Add to cart" button will add the product to your shopping cart. If you want to order more than one, simply change the quantity. You can do that directly on the product page or later on the shopping cart page.

  • Click "Continue shopping" to go back to the shop.

  • Changed your mind? Click the waste bin icon in the left-hand column to remove a product from your shopping cart.

  • Finished shopping? Click "Proceed to checkout".

2. Choose your checkout method

  • You can choose to make a one-off purchase, without creating an account, or you can register, which means that an account will be created for you.

  • Click "Proceed".

3. Enter your payment details

  • On the "Payment details" screen you can enter your address details. We will use this information to send you your ordered merchandise. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory.

  • If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address, click "Ship to other address".

  • Have you entered all your details? If so, click "Proceed".

4. Enter shipping address details if applicable

  • If you have indicated on the payment details screen that your order is to be shipped to an address other than the billing address, you can enter your shipping address details on this screen.

  • Click "Proceed".

5. Choose your payment method

You can choose from the following payment methods:

  • VISA or MasterCard credit card through a secure connection
  • PayPal

6. Check and confirm your order

This step presents you with an overview of your order details.

  • Is everything correct? If so, you can complete your order by clicking "Place order".

  • Want to change something? Click "Modify" in the right-hand column for the part you want to change.

Order status update by email

As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This will list all order details. What if you don’t receive this email? Check your spam inbox or contact our customer service department.

Cancelling or changing an order

Want to change or cancel an order you have placed? Please contact our customer service department.

Has the order already been dispatched? If so, you can refuse delivery from the postman, and let us know you do not want the merchandise. After the parcel has been returned to us, we will contact you to discuss a solution.
